If you are just tuning in, you may be wondering what this blog post is all about. Check out the following link, Session 1
After the last session of #SCPTchat I am thrilled about the possibilities it holds for the future. Last session was only an introduction but the information presented/shared was tremendous.
To become the best professional possible you need to absorb new information on a consistent basis. I am constantly searching for new information from fields such as physical therapy, massage and biomechanics. On the other side of the coin, physical therapists can adopt new training techniques or exercises to improve their rehabilitation protocols by talking shop with a strength and conditioning coach. It's a win-win situation. Now you know why I went to such great lengths to create these sessions.
I highly encourage you to join us on Wednesday August 18th at 9pm EST via twitter, tweetdeck or tweetchat.com. To participate in the chat follow the hashtag #SCPTchat If you attempt to participate via Tweetchat, be aware that the system may not allow you to sign in or type text. A few people experienced this error last session. If you experience difficulties, I suggest participating via Tweetdeck or Twitter.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me at mattjohnson@strengthcoachconcepts.com
I'm looking forward to seeing you on the 18th. Take a minute and spread the word to your colleagues, your help is greatly appreciated.
Matt
